Long-lasting habit and behaviour change is a complex process that can be understood through various psychological theories, models, and frameworks.

Through years of working with people, coaching and designing learning solutions I’ve taken the best models, theories and activities and brought them together in one programme. This isn’t just another ‘training’ program, it’s a carefully curated solution to bring about behaviour change. It meets you where you are and guides you through step by step. It’s personalised, adopts the latest research in habit and behaviour change and intrinsic motivation. We know that learning isn’t passive, it needs to be relevant, fun and engaging and sometimes a little uncomfortable.

Why OMpeak?!

The word Omni means all, in all ways, abundance and the word Om in many religions relates to the beginning, the middle and the end, past, present and future encompassing humankind, nature and the Earth. And ‘peak’ is symbolic as being ‘on peak performance’, ‘peak fitness’, being ‘at one’s peak’. And to be truly healthy we need to attend to all types of health, not just diet and exercise.

The logo reflects the cyclical aspects of nature, the sea, the sun and the layers we experience.

The letters together stand for all types of health:

Occupational – our work or purpose in life and how aligned we are with this.

Mental – our mental health and cognitive systems, how we think and form new neurological pathways

Physical – what we put into our bodies and how we look after our physical self

Emotional – managing our emotions and agility to do this around others is essential for emotional intelligence.

Academic – our intrinsic need to keep learning, developing, growth and mastering

Kinetic – how we move, exercise and maintain mobility

And the name is a personal nod to me – I have a love of hiking up peaks. They represent the ups and downs of life, that we sometimes need to push upwards but are rewarded with amazing views. And with each up there is usually a down, a time to walk a little easier, reflect and assess or roll with the flow!

  • A clearer understanding of your unhealthy habit trigger points and your blockers
  • The frameworks to develop and sustain healthy habits
  • Accountability and support from a group of like-minded people going through similar challenges
  • (Depending on your goals and how much action you take,) an experience of increased energy, better mobility, clearer focus or better sleep, reduced stress and less associated symptoms like high circulating cortisol, skin irritations, inflammation or digestive issues like constipation and you may have lowered your body fat percentage.

Each module contains content as the background to the theories and research which gives you a grounding to further research. You’ll then take part in activities and exercises individually or in small safe groups to raise awareness for you and create shifts. You’ll decide on your own homework or choose to complete the set homework (or both – it’s your program so flex it to suit you). And finally, you’ll set some actions for accountability, momentum, progress and reflection. And don’t worry if you’re not ready or don’t like sharing your personal stuff, much of the work can be done in the privacy of your own mind and still create awareness and shifts.

The program is ‘front loaded’ to give you a really good start, set you up for success and create some immediate forward motion. We’ll then take a pause for individual maintenance, come back together for reflection, have some practice weeks and finish off with celebration and setting you up to manage and coach yourself going forward. This gives you ultimate ownership! But if you do want to check in, share success, re-group, or just say hi you can always join one of the free monthly REPeak drop-in sessions where we re-connect, review, reflect, refresh and re-set!

Lasting for 12 weeks with the 121 coaching sessions spread throughout and taken when they suit you (so below is a suggestion for coaching slots only), we cover 7 key topics.

I’m Anna, I’m 51 and I work at home for a Community Interest Company in the Care and Support Sector. I joined the OmPeak programme as a result of a recommendation from a friend. I’ve always had a difficult relationship with food and my weight and since hitting peri-menopause I have struggled to make new habits that work for me. I’m particularly interested in understanding my body and my gut health and finding sustainable healthy solutions. Working with Becky has been so beneficial, with a bit of trial and error in food choices. Her recommendations have been so useful and she has gently challenged me to move forward and I have made some really good progress.
