What Happens

Step 1: Discovery Call (30 mins)
We talk through what’s been going on and what you’d like to change. No judgment, just clarity.

Step 2: Prep Work
You complete a short wellness form and food diary so I can understand your current habits and challenges.

Step 3: SHINE Reflection Session (90 mins)
Together, we explore what’s been getting in your way – from insulin resistance or stress, to ADHD traits or overwhelm.
I’ll help you identify where to make changes, fill any information gaps, and highlight who else might support your progress (GP, physiotherapist, counsellor, dietician).
We co-create your next steps.

I’ve been struggling to prioritise my gut health and improve my eating habits whilst running my own business for a while now.  What I really needed was Becky.

She listened carefully to my particular health needs, provided me with an expert insight into what is probably going on with and why I was struggling with habit change and energy levels.

Becky suggested some immediate changes I could make – which were small and sensible, so I could implement them immediately and then provided me with a structure that I could further explore what was working and not working for me and create a plan.

That structure was the SHINE programme.  Over the following two months I had the support, the guidance and the process to better understand my food habits.  Becky then provided me with suggestions of what to do differently.

As a result of her coaching, her explanation of the theory and insightful, empathic approach, I have been doing my physio exercises every day and have started eating a much healthier diet, and now manage to avoid those foods which were causing inflammation of my nerves.

I can hardly believe myself what an enormous difference it has made. At one stage, my goal was to walk for ten minutes without pain. Last month I went on an 11km hike in the countryside with friends. My life and outlook has entirely changed.
