Step 3: 90-Minute Personalised Session We go deep into your health, exploring what’s been getting in your way, from insulin resistance to ADHD traits, stress, or overwhelm. I help guide you on where you could make changes, fill any information gaps you might have and highlight who else might need to be involved on your health journey from GP’s, to Physiotherapist, counsellors or Dieticians. We’ll identify small but powerful changes you can actually make and co-create your plan.

Step 4: Your SHINE Wellness Blueprint You leave with relevant information, a tailored set of nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits that align with your goals and actually fit your life and a new sense of clarity.

It’s individualised. Your health is as personal as your fingerprint. We work with your unique brain, body, and circumstances, not against them.

It’s sustainable. No extreme overhauls. We focus on simple, small, clear, impactful change that you can realistically maintain.

I’ve been struggling to prioritise my gut health and improve my eating habits whilst running my own business for a while now.  What I really needed was Becky.
