Session 1: We map out what’s been getting in your way and what you actually want (not what you think you “should” want)
Sessions 2-5: Every 3 weeks, we build sustainable habits, track progress, and adjust as life changes
Session 6: We reflect on how far you’ve come and create your roadmap for maintaining these changes long-term
Plus: Messaging support between sessions, tailored resources (meal diaries, habit trackers, nutrition guidance), and emergency support when you need it

Working with Becky literally changed my life. I had been suffering with chronic pain caused by two trapped nerves for good on two years and it was severely limiting my ability to engage in all the outdoor activities I enjoy, with a knock on effect on my social life and mental well being. Stuck in a rut, I was unable to consistently do my physio exercises or make the necessary changes to my diet.
Procrastination and overwhelm were so ingrained that I had lost hope of ever experiencing any change in my condition – and was dubious that a coach could help me.

I can hardly believe myself what an enormous difference it has made. At one stage, my goal was to walk for ten minutes without pain. Last month I went on an 11km hike in the countryside with friends. My life and outlook has entirely changed.
